This Limited Warranty is NOT transferable and applies ONLY to customers who purchased products from HALAMAMA.COM.
The original invoice will serve as the warranty document and will be valid from the *date of purchase. The warranty applies only to *manufacturing defects and is subject to the applicable warranty period for the product.
## Exclusions
* The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper use, negligence, accidents, or use beyond the product's intended purpose.
* Normal wear and tear, scratches, surface rust, deterioration, or damage to consumable parts and fabric-related items are not covered.
* Damage caused by improper storage, unauthorized accessories, improper voltage/current, unsuitable temperature or environment, or failure to follow operating instructions is not covered.
* Products that have been repaired, dismantled, modified, or altered by unauthorized persons are not covered.
* *Toys and swimming pools are not covered under warranty.*
* All warranty claims are subject to inspection and confirmation of a manufacturing defect.
