I was reluctant to use online website as my experience in Qatar is not greatest experience. I was so surprised at the accuracy of the description of products, speedy delivery, prices and most importantly customer service and care. I had product delivered following day and found strap inside broken. They were happy to send a replacement at no cost the following day. This is definitely one of the best online stores in Qatar that I will keep using in the future. Thank you Hala Mama for making the purchase and the replacement a smooth experience.

What a great team! From start to finish, always there to help and the driver went out of his way to deliver my order missing his iftar and despite missing me the first time so really it was my fault.
