Frida Mom Perineal Comfort Donut Cushion

With every kid me and my wife have had she has had natural child birth and torn every time. This though has helped her out being able to relax and not be in so much pain is just amazing.

It’s basically a pillow that new moms can sit on so they can have some comfort after having a baby. It comes with a cold pack that you put on top and sit on for relief. This is real nice.

I received my Frida - Perineal Comfort Cushion and have been using it for almost three weeks! I'm due in about a month but I'm already uncomfortable and have hemorrhoids with all the baby pressure! I just get the ice pack out of the freezer and put it in the middle of the pillow and sit on it and get complete comfort and relief sitting on the Perineal Comfort Cushion! Frida has the best products! I can't wait to use it after the babys born! I sit on it with out the ice pack and just so comfortable!

This is a great product that can be used for various reasons. This would be perfect for after a birth. I have been using this daily at home at my office chair where I sit for hours at a time. This is very comfortable and relieves the pressure on my bottom. I have multiple children and occasionally have a flair up of my hemorrhoids and this will help them resolves faster than normal. I like the mesh lining which allows for some airflow so I don’t get so hot sitting on it as I would a regular pillow. The material is firm yet very cushioning. All around great product!

This perineal comfort cushion was the perfect shape and size. I was able to sit on it comfortably and immediately feel relief. It was easy to use and I definitely recommend it for anyone who’s having a baby or recently had one

I really like this Frida Perineal Comfort Cushion. Comes in handy now while I am pregnant when it gets uncomfortable sitting. This will get a lot of use after I have my baby. Only wish I had this during my other pregnancies. It auto-inflates when you unfold it and open the valve. It doesn't inflate a lot, enough to be comfortable, but you can just blow more air into it to get it as inflated as you'd like. Comes with a reusable and removable cold pack you throw in the freezer to help relieve perineal pain after giving birth. It's also very easy to deflate and fold up to take where ever I need to go. Highly recommend it to anybody expecting.

As described, this cushion is the best for before + after the pushin, this definitely give help to relieve perineal pain and swelling, make it more comfortable when sitting also give cold therapy.

I didn't even know how much I needed this perineal comfort cushion. I did not have one with my first child, but with this second one I am happy I did. It relieves the pressure and pain while you're healing. I think it could be used prior to delivery too, but I used it after.

The design of this pillow took the pressure off of the achey areas and I never sat down without this under me! then postpartum it was even more amazing as the icepack addition was huge in my recovery process. I do not know what I would have done without this pillow. Also purchased the cooling pads from Frida mom and will forever buy and gift them to any of my expecting momma friends.

After I had baby I was so surprised that it was extremely painful for me to try to sit down on anything in any position that I tried. It was painful and upsetting. I am so glad that I found this comfortable pillow which was a game changer!! It made all of the difference!
