PayLater Company determines application's acceptance or rejection, as the application will be subject to detailed evaluation according to each PayLater Company's policy.
Paying with PayLater is only valid on Halamama website & App only.
Payment split might be on 4 without non-equal splits based on customer's credit history and credit score. You can contact PayLater for more information.
Minimum purchase value is QAR 1,000 and maximum purchase value is QAR 25,000.
The customer should be 18 years old or older to apply for PayLater.
Orders are only processed after receiving PayLater's payment approval.
Customer must complete PayLater payment within 10 hours of placing the order. Orders with no payment approval within 10 hours will be automatically cancelled.

No surcharge or additional fees are applied for choosing PayLater as a payment method.
All PayLater BNPL transactions are Sharia-compliant, structured as Murabaha or Tawarruq. Fees represent a service charge (ujrah), not interest.
Customer data is handled in accordance with Qatar Personal Data Protection Law No. 13 of 2016.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, consistent with Islamic Sharia principles.
