Minimum purchase value is QAR 1,000. Maximum purchase value is up to QAR 25,000, subject to PayLater's credit approval for each customer.
The customer should be 18 years old or older to apply for PayLater.
Orders are only processed after receiving PayLater's payment approval.
Customer must complete PayLater payment within 10 hours of placing the order. Orders with no payment approval within 10 hours will be automatically cancelled.
Delivery timelines are as follows:
No surcharge or additional fees are applied for choosing PayLater as a payment method.
Items must be in new, unused, and original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Personal hygiene, intimate items, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Items purchased via PayLater cannot be refunded in cash. All refunds are processed through PayLater only. Refund timeline is subject to PayLater's processing policy.
Once a return request is received, our team will arrange pickup within 3 working days. Items must be returned in original packaging with all parts, freebies, and original invoice included. Upon receipt, our team will conduct a quality check. If the item passes inspection and meets our return eligibility criteria, the refund will be processed through PayLater. Items that fail the quality check will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer.
For damaged or defective items, contact Halamama support within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Our team will review and conduct a quality check upon pickup. If the damage or defect is confirmed, a return or replacement will be arranged within 3 working days at no additional cost.
For exchanges due to size, color, or product preference, please contact Halamama Customer Service. Our team will arrange the pickup within 3 working days. Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection, which typically takes 2–3 working days. If the item passes the inspection and is eligible for exchange, the replacement item will be shipped on the next working day following approval of the quality check.
Orders above QAR 100 qualify for free delivery. If a return reduces your order value below QAR 100, a QAR 10 delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
All PayLater BNPL transactions are Sharia-compliant, structured as Murabaha or Tawarruq. Fees represent a service charge (ujrah), not interest.
Customer data is handled in accordance with Qatar Personal Data Protection Law No. 13 of 2016.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, consistent with Islamic Sharia principles.
