I like that this product is reusable. It is similar to the concept of using the freezable/heatable ice packs however these are made to fit to your breast. The best part is that they are BPA free!

These heat packs are great for engorgement, & clogged ducts. The relief was so soothing and eased my pain almost immediately. I plan on purchasing these in the future if I have the need. I would definitely recommend these to a friend or family member.

10/10 recommend getting this. It definitely helped my boobs. They were sore from pumping and nursing, I followed the directions to get them activated and stuck them in my nursing bra. The relief was so nice.
