My new grand baby is on the way and the mother of my soon to be grandchild said she has always wanted one and it’s been a great help getting her prepared. This is a very helpful tool I read directions carefully before use and I can feel a difference in my body I try to use often I use about 2 to 3 times a week.

This perineal wand has been very helpful in massaging my perineal area. The shape is very convenient, the box it comes in is nice, the weighted handle makes controlling the wand very simple, the box has a mirror so you can see where the wand is going, etc. Definitely recommend this for expecting mothers. It’s easy to use, and perineal massages are great to prepare for labor!

This is so great for preparing to push! I really wanted to try this as I wanted to try everything I possibly could to not tear. The handle is great and does not feel awkward at all. The mirror it comes with is extremely helpful. It is easy to clean after use so it’s quick to store back in the box. This did not only help me before labor it has also helped me after delivery and exercising the area. I did end up tearing but It was a small tear and I was able to recover quickly. I love that I am able to use this even after delivery to help with any scar tissue.
