I've always heard good things about this brand but it's always above my price range. I really like this band more than the one that is given at the hospital. You can add a cold/warm pack to make your back and c section feel better.

This is exactly what I needed in recovery from a c-section. It gives support along with warm or cold compresses. It helps your sore belly feel more comfortable and helps with pain. I was so glad I spent the money and decided to try this out. I definitely don't regret it.

This is my favorite C-Section recovery tool. It is very nice to be able to have both hot and cold relief. The band is easy to wear and I can still move around a little bit with it on.

This product made my postpartum c-section (with twins!) recovery so much easier. It made me feel supported physically and also provided so much relief with the cold and hot packs. My incision healed so well and fast and I really think it is because I did hot/cold therapy and compression. Highly recommend c-section mamas!

Frida mom products are amazing. I wish this line was around 10 years ago when I had my first child. I bought the c section recovery band for my sister that just had her first baby and C-section. I recieved this for free for my honest opinion. When I got my c section it was painful for over two months on end. Nothing helped me except for this band. It made it so nothing brushed up against my incision and I couldn't be more grateful. The ice pack or heat was also pretty amazing. It helped me heal quicker and I believe every c section should be provided with this. It definitely made recovery more bearable.
